Orders concerning company formations – The refunds made for company formation in which you change your mind and refuse to further proceed with a said order:

• Brixen Consultants LTD shall not provide any refund for the prospects of company formation order once a given application has been submitted before the companies house.
• No refund shall be provided for the order concerning company formation that is in any way related to the services regarding the registered office or any other address services if the application has already been submitted to the companies house.
• Any form of refund is prohibited for any part of an order that is known to cover costs of a third-party such as the company seals
• No refund will be provided for cancelling an order that may include but is not limited to every part of an order that may result from a failure to abide by our procedures regarding Anti-money laundering.

Orders regarding services related to addresses- In case a client orders an address service for their company which may include a registered office, officers address services or a sole trader, commercial or business mail forwarding service but somehow change their mind :

• We do not accept any liability should your company be struck off and/or removed from the Register for any reason that is not within our control, or following the cancellation or expiry of the services you are agreeing to take under this agreement should your company fail to meet its statutory requirements following our actions to file the requisite forms to notify the termination of such services.

• Renewable services – fees due will be processed on the card originally used to purchase the service (or an alternative, if supplied) on the date of expiry. Notice will always be given in advance of expiry date of our intention to take payment, and you will have the right to cancel the service.
• Brixen Consultants LTD reserves the right to cancel an address service with immediate effect should we believe there is a palpable risk to our reputation and/or business.
• If your company formation application is rejected by Companies House, you will not be entitled to a refund for any services purchased from Brixen Consultants LTD.
• The client shall not be entitled to receive any refund if Brixen Consultants LTD has to cancel the order due to the failure of the client to provide us with sufficient proof of their ID and a functioning address as these are required by our T&Cs.

Orders concerning telephone services –  If a party orders a telephone service from us which may include a telephone number or an answering service but later change their mind:

• If Brixen Consultants LTD has already started to process an order and the procedures for setting up the service, however, the client has provided us with a notice within 10 working days of initially placing the order that the party will acquire a full refund. Although, a service charge will be deducted which is 10.00 with additional VAT.
• In case of any cancellation made anytime post the 10 days are over then the client will not receive any refund.
• A client shall not also receive any refund in case they fail to offer us a proper ID and adequate proof of their services along with their address.

The additional services or products – 

• If a client places an order for additional products similar to a certificate of good standing, or an apostille and changes their decision and provides us with a notice 10 days after placing the order and given that Brixen Consultants LTD has not already started with the procedures then the client will be eligible for the entire refund amount.
• In case the client decides to cancel any order after our work has begun for the same, then they will not obtain any refund from Brixen Consultants LTD.
• In case Brixen Consultants LTD fails to verify the identity or address of a client with the help of an online database, then the company shall ask the client to provide proof regarding their ID, a valid address and copies of their original documents. In the event of the client’s failure to provide the same, no refund will be given and the same will also take place if a party doesn’t comply with the Anti-money laundering regulations.
• The fees for address services have to be paid by the client in advance every year. No refund will be made if the client decides to cancel the address service within the yearly period that they have already paid for.

Cancellation rights of consumers

The contract regarding the provision of goods and services can be cancelled by the consumers given that they provide written notice within 14 working days of originally placing the order. However, if the procedures have already begun before the notice is provided by the consumer then they will not be eligible to practice their right to cancel.
