For Appointment : We ask for a letter of appointment from the new director who wants to be added in the company stating that he accepts to be appointed to the board of directors.
For Resignation : We ask for a letter of resignation from the existing director of a company stating that he would like to resign as a director.
Minutes : Companies are bound by the Companies Act 2006 s. 248 to maintain proceedings of all board meetings and make them available for investigation by any director. The director(s) must approve protocols for the appointment or removal of the director(s).
AP01/TM01 form:
AP01 – Notifies an appointment of director in a company to the Company House.
TM01- Notifies the termination of a company director to the Company House.
